York Softail Rear Chain Drive Kit - V-Twin 19-0169 - Big Twin 1987-1999

York Softail rear chain kit is for 5 speed models. Stock ratio is supplied with steel sprockets 22 tooth front and a 48 tooth rear.

Converision kit includes everything needed to convert 1987-2006 5 speed belt drive system to a heavy duty 530 chain drive. This kit is for a stock size rear tire. Chain will have to be cut to length breaker and master link included. *NOTE: Use existing pulley spacer behind the transmission 22 tooth sprocket. *NOTE: 530 120 link heavy duty york chain included with chain breaker so installer can cut chain to desired length for each application. When using a 21 tooth front sprocket: 48 tooth rear sprocket = 4% deeper (faster acceleration) 49 tooth rear sprocket = 6.5% deeper and 51 tooth rear sprocket = 10.5$ deeper. When using a 22 tooth front sprocket: 48 tooth rear sprocket = 2.5 inch overdrive (more top speed) 48 tooth rear sprocket - stock belt drive ratio 49 tooth rear sprocket = 4% deeper (faster acceleration) and 51 tooth rear sprocket = 6% deeper.

• Inner Diameter: 2-1/8 inches
• Outer Diameter: 4-3/8 inches

Notes:

• *NOTE: Includes inchDiamondinch standard 530 x 120 link drive chain with master link. Installer must cut to desired length. Use chain puller to bring to length then brak at link.
