Completely laced and trued with the replica Kelsey Hayes police style deep roll 16 inch x 3.00 inch rim (V-Twin's exclusive tooling) stainless steel spokes and nipples with a fully assembled black star hub.

French & Hecht was a better fit to produce the smaller quality of rims required for Harley-Davidson production in the 1960's.
