Wayne and Jay's Acme Shovelhead

The Ahlquist brothers Wayne and Jay from Acme Choppers trucked out to SoCal last month to show their wares to an audience of 10,000 rabid bike fans at Born Free 3. In a sea of period-correct patina and hard-ridden Sportsters, this Acme shovelhead's engraved S&S motor, nickel- and chrome-plated chassis components and blingy neon paint were hard to miss.

When our friend parked his big-inch screamer at Biltwell HQ, we took the opportunity to shoot it for this week's CC Focus feature.
