Blane hails from the Pacific Northwest. He is a retired Firefighter/EMT who now does freelance writing/photography. He also turns a few wrenches at a local small Harley shop and dabbles a bit in Land Speed Racing. He has been riding Harleys since he was a teenager and currently has a 55 Panhead chopper (project), 67 Shovelhead chopper, 2012 XR1200, and 2014 Sporty Iron in his garage.
