Show Class Magazine's People's Champ Final 6 Pack Part II

Well folks, we are at the end of the Show Class Magazine's People Choice builder's profiles. I have enjoyed watching the six bikes being built and look forward to June 28th to hear who will be crowned the winner. Tim and Clarke went above and beyond with this contest and I would like to thank both of them for their help and their dedication to the scene. Please come out to Cook's Corner, check out the bikes, meet the builders and help us choose the winner. Whoever wins will be parking their bike with the Invited Builders at Born Free 5 on Saturday morning. To Pete, Jordan, Shawn, Travis, Bobby Good Times and Jason, best of luck, job well done!

What's your name and where are you from? Pete Mason born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota

What bike are you building? 1940 knucklehead chopper

What was your inspiration?I'd say John Edwards bikes are some of my favorites, I love that classic look! Probably Dave Polgreen for being an absolute lunatic builder and perfectionist, he's been helping me a bunch on this build and teaching me a lot, he sets a high standard! Plus I've never built a show bike before. Oh, and Jeremiah Smith!

What's your day job? Owner and artist at 7th Street Tattoo in St. Paul Minnesota

                                                           __________________________

What's your name and where are you from? Shawn Long - AKA Imperial House and I currently reside in Sparta, IL.

What bike are you building? 1952 Panhead "Undercover Virgin"

What was your inspiration? I am surrounded by inspiration but in an effort to avoid name dropping, (the list is too long) let's just say that I am most inspired by those that are creating cool shit. Bikes, cars, parts, music, artwork, jewelry, clothing....you name it, I'm diggin it. From my youth to present day, these inspirations have always been around and I study every detail to the extent of losing sleep over it. That's the negative side of an artistic mind.

What's your day job? By day, I am the Support Manager at a large Aluminum and Magnesium die casting facility. By night I close myself up in my studio/garage and fulfill my vision of Imperial House.

What's your name and where are you from? My name is Travis McLelland and I am from Vancouver BC

What bike are you building? 1960 Harley panhead

What was your inspiration?  I am inspired by all things mechanical, vintage trains, art deco design, heavy machinery, coach built cars...and anything built with craftsmanship and style

What's your day job? Welder / fabricator

All of the 6 are really talented builder, but this guy Travis McLelland, is putting so much into it !!! I'm amazed by the beauty, the originality and craftmanship of his build. I hope he will win this competition, he deserve it for me, even if the other ones are doin' it really good.

I'm torn between Jordan Dickinson and Travis McLelland build, great talent and vision, but there can only be one winner. So the jury is still out.
