Do you like music and/or listen to bands? If you're like me then your answer would be yes. Peep out Travis' side project. They about to drop they first album on Tuesday. Rumor has it, Timbaland even stepped in to lay down production on a couple tracks and Travis does a duet with Missy Elliot. Not to outshine the rest of the trio. Will fucking kills it on the keys and Parker works that alto sax like nobody's business. I would describe the sound as Indie crossed with a little dub step hip hop, but with an emo sensibility to it.

We all met up at Josh's house Saturday for a moto ride up to the peninsula to motor about and shoot some guns. The ride all the way up to Chickahominy was great. Met up with Andrew and Kurt from Richmond, drank beers and shot guns at this range way back in the cut down a gravel road, then a dirt road. The only stressful part of the day was trying to come back home to make it to the party by 7pm. See VDOT decided to completely shut down two of the three major arteries to the southside. Leaving two options, the Monitor Merrimac Bridge Tunnel or the Jamestown Scotland Ferry. We figured nobody would be taking the ferry since it so far out there. Wrong. That shit was backed up for at least 5 miles. The MMBT was backed for at least 9. We could've either rode another 60 miles out of the way to avoid every waterway bottleneck possible or just brave the traffic. That said, we all got on 64 and hauled ass back, passing cars on the shoulder until we saw cops, and ducked back in split the occasional lane, got off in Bad News and rode through the straight hood until we came out right at the bridge. Shit sucked, but it really wasn't nearly as bad as it could've been. Made it back to Josh and Emily's to the party in decent time to eat some food and nearly pass out. Josh got liquor drunk like Ricky Thompson at a go go club. Here are some pics I took.

Just wanted me to inform everybody that we're going to have a chase truck for the moto ride this Saturday. This way, there's plenty of room for everybody's long guns should you feel inclined to bring them, plus room for Pete's bike. We're going up Jamestown way to Chickahominy something to an unsupervised shooting range back in the cut. Travis is bringing his Desert Eagle, so it should be a good time.

Everyone's favorite wild man from the NC backwoods rolled into Suffolkation last night to kick it and take glamour shots. So we took him down to the peanut district and commandeered what I feel comfortable in saying is the best place I've hung out in a long time. I found a bum stick that smelled like Kool cigarettes and chicken grease. The scenery was nice, no one to mess with you and you could go pee wherever you wanted.

It's Will's B Day coming up and to celebrate this tired sumbitch's 35 years of life, he's having a little moto bike jaunt through the backroads of Suffolk this Saturday, September 8. Being a huge Steve Miller Band fan and an advocate for pretty much anything Will Smith has every done, he thought it'd be nice to go hit some sweet jumps, drink some beers somewhere you don't know about yet, crank some tunes and let all of this culminate into one act of symbiotic harmony at Travis's house later that afternoon. While there, you'll be able to partake in some horseshoes, skate the mini ramp, play with flying ninja swords, ninja ropes and baby angels. You think that's it. Fuck no. There will be a plethora of ethnic food, outside TV, a bonfire, the whole nine. If you've ever looked at Will, or looked at Will Smith on TV, you're invited. Hollar at Will or Danny for details. If you don't have their digits or twitter passwords then I guess you're not invited.
