After taking a one-year hiatus from promoting chopper hoedowns to develop a potentially unhealthy addiction to electric cigarettes, friend an fellow cyclephile Grail at Knucklebusters has resurrected his Greasebag Jamboree. The 2011 version of this popular grassroots events kicks off in Boston, Massachussetts, this Friday, and we'll be there to cover the whole shebang. Trust us when we say this: This year's Greasebag Jamboree is going to be wicked pissa.
Follow us now as Grail spells out the plan for this weekend's East Coast adventure, and enjoy the photos culled from previous Greasebag events.

The idea is fairly simple: get a bunch of crazed 2-wheel fanatics together for a long weekend of riding, camping, talking shop, telling tall tales, ogling home built death traps and all-out partying. Oh, and make it all free. Some might call it a 3-day bender. We call it the Greasebag Jamboree.

I’m not overstating anything when I say we couldn’t put on the show with out the help of our sponsors. Every year we’re humbled by the generosity of our community and their willingness to donate wares and dollars to make this possible. This year's event is going to be the best ever, and it wouldn't be possible without the generosity of these and many other supporters. Thanks for everything!
