Backstreet Buckets Softail

A wise band once said There is fine line between clever and stupid. Such is the case when mixing motorcycles and parts eras; too many old bits on a modern bike, or the other way around, and a motorcycle starts to look confused. Luckily, Scott from Backstreet Buckets knows the proper recipe and his modern machine looks good as a result. Decidedly modern but with a classic look, this talented painter has rolling billboard he can be proud of and have a blast riding.

Its pretty cool to see a Night Train without giant apes, a hypercharger, windshield and crashbar. Goes to show that anything can look cool with a little time and love.

I've had the pleasure of riding with Scott a couple of times and this bike looks even better in person. It's very well thought out and proves that you can make a softail look great. Cory from MainDrive did some nice work on this one as well. This bike draws a ton of attention and photographs from onlookers, and for good reason.

Nice ride, a softail version of what I'm working on with the help of Paughco, Garage Company and S&S...the wheels and forks will be Harley anyway....

This is one of my favorites. I keep a copy of this pic on my phone, and I find my self staring at it every time I roll through my pics. Probably my favorite softail ever.

Well deserved feature on a beautiful bike! Scott's twin cam is an inspiration to anyone looking to customize a modern bike. Of course when you're ready for paint there is only one place you need to send the tins to.... Backstreet Buckets. Ride Fast Take Chances, and look good doing it!
